This course on social and emotional wellness was designed for students to learn how to be more successful in the classroom environment. This course applies to all adult learners who are seeking to develop their social and emotional wellness skills. In this course, we will be learning about social and emotional wellness, what it is, how it applies to student wellness, and how to utilize social and emotional wellness to improve your outcomes
